MEANINGFUL NEW DIRECTIONS

Do you love your life? Do you love your work?  Are you on the right track?  If so, great!  What if you're not?  You may be contemplating or already in the midst of a significant transition, work-related or otherwise. You may even find yourself wondering if you still want that career – maybe it’s time to try something else, something you’ve always wanted to do but didn’t know where or how to begin.

Or, perhaps you've reached a point in your career where you realize there’s more to life than making money. How would you be spending your time if money were not a consideration?  Perhaps you long for a more meaningful path, one that is deeply fulfilling. And, once that new direction is clear, how do you stay committed to making it happen?

Many people find it difficult, even impossible, to make these changes by themselves. Why is it so hard to make lasting change? Simply put, it’s because significant change requires more effort than, say, reading a book. It requires that we revise our habits of action and thought which is pretty tough to do on your own.

That’s where coaching comes in.  It provides the on-going structure and support to create new behaviour and far better, and faster, results. As a certified professional  coach, I help my clients discover what would truly make a meaningful difference in their lives and develop the skills to bring that forward.

Life coaching is a skill.  It's also an orientation, for both the coach and the client.  One of the goals of the coaching process is for my clients to develop their self-knowledge muscle which they can apply to tap into their own potential. As this muscle develops, they learn to make better choices. Who doesn't want to make better choices? And, the better we know ourselves, what we value, what we cannot imagine living without, the more likely we are to achieve it.

With me as your advocate, you be led through a process that is guaranteed to support you in the following:

+  Creating a clear cut vision of your values and goals
+  Gaining fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities
+  Identifying  the most powerful actions that will move you towards your goals
+  Discovering what may be stopping you from reaching your goals and how to overcome those obstacles
+  Forming a support system and accountability plan to stay on track

Life and time are precious.  If you want to apply your best attributes to a more meaningful path, now is the time.  Don’t you owe it to yourself to live your best life?

Let's face it. Change can be daunting. The good news is that you don't have to go it alone. There's help out there for you. And, honestly, how long might it take you to figure this out on your own? Possibly years. Why not avoid the struggle of not knowing which way to turn?

So, perhaps you’ve come to the realization that you want something in your life that you've been unable to achieve on your own. If you know that you're ready to move forward, here’s the first step. I’ve designed this consultation for those of you who are eager to discover and create a more meaningful direction and want some support around doing just that. Individual Coaching Group Coaching Recieve a Free Report

Have you read every self-help book you can get your hands on and still feel unsure of which way to turn? Ever think that your life needs a "re-design"? How would you design your optimal life? As a coach, I routinely hear people say: "I'd love to follow my passion, if only I knew what it was". Or, " I can't go on like this. I feel like I'm on auto-pilot".

These are some of the reasons why people turn to coaching. Generally, it's because they know, at some level, that something needs to change.  Often, they've tried several different options and have not been able to produce the results they want on their own.

When you work one-on-one with a professional coach,

Group Coaching, as an alternative to individual coaching, offers significant benefits at a substantial cost savings. You have many of the benefits of individual coaching as well as:
+  Both group and individual support in doing the necessary exercises
+  The power of group dynamics - seeing ourselves reflected in other group members
+  Synergy amongst group members which benefits each individual
+  The impact of the coaching process on other group members provides encouragement for each individual and proof-positive that coaching has the power to bring about desired, necessary change.
